Your workplace: A pleasure or a pain ?

Recently I have thought a lot about working with the right people for me. I went to my work and I thought I wanted to work with likeminded people who I admired, liked, loved and respected. I think that this is very important because when we like to go to work we will actually become more productive and happier. Sebastian Marshall has also talked about this and he is into entrepreneurship and knows how to be more productive ( I think this guy is a little bit too hard for my taste. ). I believe in studies that have proved to be true. First of all we will become more productive when we have received instant gratification. Secondly we become more productive after we have participated in social incentives.
